"para-military war zone"
and trained in a philosophy
of Care...Custody...and
Control. We are there for
those who need us, and we
are there to stop those
who want to harm
others,as well as
themselves. And we are
there to CORRECT any
situation that gets out of
hand. And the "front line"
officer does it without any
manufactured weapons.
Without any bias toward
race, color, nationality,
criminal record, gang
affiliation, sexual beliefs or
religious beliefs. We go
into the middle of it all with
a neutral state of mind.
Bringing with us
knowledge,experience,
training, and a prayer.
