Hard Chargers law enforcement motorcycle club became official on July 27, 2006. The patches and colors of
this MC were confirmed on August 3, 2006. New Hampshire Chapter is the first HCMC Chapter, and will be designated
as the National/Parent Chapter of all others.

Each time a new Chapter is formed, they will be placed on this page.

Forming your own HCMC Chapter takes a certain level of dedication and hard work. If interested, please contact
HCMC Home Office with your ideas and how many potential members for your Chapter. There is no set number of
members that you need to begin your HCMC Chapter! Each Jail and Prison employs only so many people and the
number of C/O bikers differ with geography. Therefore Home office is not setting a number that you must adhere to. It
all begins with one person! If you think you have got what it takes, send me an email, let's talk.

Potential HCMC Chapter Presidents must be willing to put a lot of extra time and effort in the beginning to gain new
members to join either their Chapter or form another one from another Jail, Prison or Military installation. Must be
willing to spend a considerable amount of time scheduling runs/meetings and gatherings to boost morale, travel to
new places, meet new people, gain new members, and a once a year charity run. And if needed, assist other LE MC's
with their charity runs. Must be willing to spend quality time with other LE MC's and their functions. Chapter President
has the sole responsibility to nominate his/her own Vice President, Road Captain and Sergeant at Arms. Chapter
President does not pay anything extra to HCMC Home office to hold that position. Chapter President puts a lot of extra
time and effort into his/her Chapter and its members. The self-satisfaction of running/managing your own MC Chapter,
hand picking potential members, satisfying C/O Biker needs, enjoying yourself as only a biker can, and raising money
for children's charities. Watching others enjoying themselves as you  travel the countryside knowing that you had a
big part in making the very first C/O nationwide network; Hard Chargers Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club a stronger
force to bringing all C/O Bikers together.

How many members you need to form a HCMC Chapter is not a requirement to begin your Chapter. It all starts with
one. If you honestly believe that you can run a Chapter and gain members, then send me an email explaining to me
why you believe you can hold this position and gain members in your Chapter. The next step is to sign up and become
a member. Above PRIMARY on your application form, circle CHAPTER PRESIDENT and submit the necessary
paperwork and Chapter President's initial fee to Steven Pollard Hard Chargers Motorcycle Club P.O.Box 389,
Somersworth, NH 03878 After confirmation by Home office on your employment and other significant information that
you submitted, Home office will notify you of your membership and when to expect your patches to arrive at the
address you gave on your application.

As time goes by, Chapter Presidents will receive benefits and privileges for their extra effort in support of their
Chapter, their members and HCMC.
